Dockerized Django/PostGIS application for threshold and LEAF geospatial querying.

Current registry: 1 datasets, 1 versions.

Available interface areas:

• /api/v1/health/
• /api/v1/datasets/
• /query/thresholds/
• /query/leafs/
• /admin/

The intended demo flow is: deploy the stack, copy data under /srv/sbtn/data, run the bootstrap import, then use the query pages and admin.
